Ingredients
4 smoked cod fillets, 150g each
2 tablespoons of fresh butter
Juice and zest of 1 fresh lemon
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Heat the butter in a hot pan.
- Pour in the fresh lemon juice and add the zest.
- Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
Tips
- Smoked cod contains salt, so do not add salt.
