Fire before trends

The immutable truth

In a world obsessed with new trends, superfoods and fad diets, fire remains an immutable truth. He was there at the beginning of humanity, and he will be there at the end. At 45, I stopped chasing new things and focused on what has always worked. Low-carb is not a trend for me, it is a return to fundamental biology, that which has been forged by millions of years of evolution around fire. It's a matter of common sense, not marketing.

On the other hand, on my grill, I don't try to be original, I try to be fair. Fair to the product, fair to the fire, fair to my body. Sugar and refined carbohydrates are recent inventions on an evolutionary scale. Our body doesn't know how to handle them without getting damaged. Fat and proteins, on the other hand, have always been our allies. By choosing low-carb, I am not making a modern choice, I am making an ancestral choice. I reconnect with a wisdom that goes beyond passing fashions.

The strength of the element

Fire teaches us the reality of the elements. It reminds us that we are biological beings, subject to the laws of nature. You can't cheat with fire, just like you can't cheat with your metabolism. If you put bad wood on the fire, it will smoke and go out. If you give your body the wrong fuel, it gets dirty and gets sick. Low-carb means choosing dry and noble wood for your own inner fire. It is a discipline that brings a strength and clarity that superficial tendencies can never provide.

This is precisely where this strength is needed to face today's world. We need sharp minds and strong bodies. We need stability and endurance. Sugar makes us fragile, dependent, unstable. Fire and fat make us autonomous and resilient. It's a philosophy of life that goes well beyond the plate. It's a way to stand confidently without the need for artificial crutches. It is regaining your individual sovereignty through mastery of your own biology.

The silence of the grill

There is a wonderful silence in front of the grill. A silence that allows you to listen to the truth of things. Trends make a lot of noise, they scream for attention. The fire murmurs. He talks about patience, transformation, life. By choosing low-carb, I chose to escape from the noise and enter into this fertile silence. I chose to simplify my life to live it better. You don't need a lot of things to be happy, you just need the right things. Quality replaces quantity, truth replaces artifice.

For my part, this silence brings me deep peace. I am no longer fighting against my body, I am in harmony with it. I no longer try to compensate for my shortcomings with food, I nourish myself to be fully myself. It’s a feeling of completeness that I’ve never experienced before. The grill is my anchor in a world in perpetual motion. It reminds me every day who I am and where I come from. It reminds me that the truth is simple, and that it lies in the embers.

The transmission of the essential

Ultimately, what I want to convey is this respect for the essential. Don't get distracted by the easy promises of trends. Look for what lasts, what is true, what is solid. Learn to control your own fire. Low-carb is a magnificent tool for this, but above all it is a path towards yourself. My grill is open to all those seeking the truth. To anyone who wants to regain their strength and clarity. The fire is ready, and it is waiting for you.

It's obvious: I will continue to keep this fire going, day after day. Because it is my mission, and it is my joy. Show that tradition and biology are the best guides for a successful life. That fire is stronger than trends. That the truth is tastier than lies. The sun rises over the Pampas, the embers glow red, and I feel in tune with the universe. Everything is in its place. Everything is true.
