4 steaks of 180g each (rib steak or rump steak)
2 fresh tomatoes cut into slices
250g bufala mozzarella
10 fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Generously season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Cook the steaks for 3 to 4 minutes per side depending on desired thickness (rare or pink).
- Arrange on a plate, alternate slices of tomato and mozzarella.
