Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Generously season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the steaks for 3 to 4 minutes per side depending on desired thickness (rare or pink).
  3. Arrange on a plate, alternate slices of tomato and mozzarella.

Tips
  • Mozzarella and tomato should be at room temperature for best flavor.
