Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Place the lamb with coriander, cumin, garlic, lime juice and oil at least in a suitable container.
  2. Place on skewers and grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  3. Serve hot with fresh salad or shredded cabbage.

  • Soak wooden skewers in water 30 minutes before using.
