Instructions

  2. Steam or boil the cauliflower florets for 5–7 minutes until tender but still firm. Drain well.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the cream with the minced garlic, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the cauliflower florets in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the cream mixture over the cauliflower.
  6. Sprinkle with shredded Emmental and grated parmesan.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  8. Serve hot as a side dish or a main course.
