Instructions
  1. Mix the avocado flesh with the cocoa, sweetener and vanilla until you obtain a smooth and airy texture.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness; refrigerate at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Serve chilled, garnished with orange zest or a dash of unsweetened whipped cream if desired.
