Instructions
  1. Place the diced fish in a salad bowl and pour in the lime juice until it is completely covered.
  2. Add the red onion, chili pepper and coriander, mix well and leave to marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Adjust the seasoning and serve immediately on cold plates with a little marinade juice.
