Ingredients
600g smoked cod, drained 600g smoked cod, drained
500g cauliflower in small florets 500g cauliflower in small florets
1 medium onion chopped 1 medium onion chopped

150ml thick whole cream 150ml thick whole cream
2 tablespoons of strong mustard 2 tablespoons of strong mustard

Instructions
  1. Cook the cauliflower for 8 minutes until tender-crisp, then drain.
  2. Brown the onion in the butter for 2 minutes, add the cream and mustard then add the crumbled cod.
  3. Add the cauliflower, dill and lemon juice, cook for 10 minutes over low heat, season and serve hot.

Tips
  • Smoked cod can be re-moistened if too dry: Hot mustard gives character;
