Instructions
  1. Mix the beef, onion, garlic, egg, parmesan and parsley, then form about 16 meatballs.
  2. Brown the meatballs in the butter for 8 minutes, turning them regularly, then set aside.
  3. Pour the tomato sauce and broth into the same pan, add the meatballs and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Adjust the seasoning and serve hot with grilled vegetables or a salad.
