Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 150C. Sear the beef cheeks in a hot casserole dish until browned.
  2. Add the garlic, paprika broth and simmer covered in the oven for 1.5 to 2 hours until extremely tender.
  3. Remove the shredded meat and reduce the juice if necessary.
