Spicy beef and grilled corn skewers

Beef skewers marinated in paprika and cumin, accompanied by grilled corn or peppers for a lighter version.

Ingredients

500g cubed beef for skewers

1 tablespoon of paprika

1 teaspoon of cumin

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt and freshly ground pepper

100g grilled corn optional

Instructions

1. Mix beef paprika cumin oil salt and pepper and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Mount the cubes on skewers and grill for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Serve with grilled corn or crunchy salad and a squeeze of lime juice.

Tips

• Cut the beef into evenly sized pieces for even cooking.
