Ingredients

Juice of 2 lemons

1 tablespoon hot mustard

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt and pepper

Instructions

Marinate chicken with lemon juice, mustard, salt pepper and half the onions for at least 1 hour.
Sear chicken in oil and reserve.
Return chicken to cover with water or broth and simmer for 20 minutes.
