Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over high heat until shimmering, then cook the steaks for 4 to 5 minutes per side depending on desired doneness;
  2. In another pan, sear mushrooms, broccoli and zucchini for 5 to 6 minutes;
  3. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes, arrange with the vegetables on warm plates and serve immediately.
