Instructions
  1. Brush the chops with oil, sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
  2. Grill over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side to obtain a golden brown color;
  3. Arrange on plates and serve with fresh lemon wedges.

  • Leave to rest for 5 minutes after cooking.
