Instructions
  1. Brown the leeks in the butter for a few minutes.
  2. Pour in the hot stock and simmer for 15 minutes until the leeks are tender.
  3. Mix finely, add the crème fraîche, adjust the seasoning and serve hot.

  • Add a little grated cheese or crispy bacon for added flavor.
