Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Place the fish in a marinade of yogurt, tandoori, turmeric, ginger and garlic;
  2. Grill the fillets for 8 to 10 minutes per side over medium-high heat.
  3. Heat the coconut milk with the rest of the marinade and the lemon juice, then pour the sauce over the fish and sprinkle with fresh coriander.

  • Use firm white fish (cod, pollack, sea bream): Goes well with cauliflower rice;
