Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken in the yogurt and spices (tandoori, turmeric, garlic, ginger) for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Grill the chicken for 10 to 12 minutes, turning it, then set aside.
  3. Brown the onion in the oil, add the tomato sauce and coconut milk, then add the grilled chicken and simmer for 8 minutes.
  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.

Tips
  • The marinade can be prolonged for more flavor;
