Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Sauté the onion in the ghee for 2 minutes, then add the garlic, ginger, cumin and ground coriander.
  2. Add the spinach and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until tender, then mash lightly.
  3. Add the cream and paneer, cook for 6 to 8 minutes over low heat, add salt and serve hot.
