Ingredients
300 g cauliflower florets 300 g cauliflower florets
2 tablespoons of olive oil 2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of paprika 1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Juice of half a lemon Juice of half a lemon

Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over high heat.
  2. Add the cauliflower and sear for 5 minutes, stirring, until lightly browned.
  3. Add the paprika and cumin, reduce the heat and cook for 10–12 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
  4. Finish with lemon juice, adjust the seasoning and serve hot.

Tips
  • Add anchovies or chopped olives for more umami depth.
