Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Brown the onion in the oil for a few minutes, then add the carrot and cabbage and mix.
  2. Pour in the stock, cover and simmer for 15–20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Adjust the seasoning and serve hot, adding fresh dill or parsley if desired.
