Ingredients

2 tablespoons white or red miso paste 2 tablespoons white or red miso paste
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon of mirin or sake 1 tablespoon of mirin or sake
1 tablespoon of sesame oil 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Juice of half a lemon Juice of half a lemon

Instructions
  1. Mix miso, ginger and mirin to form a paste.
  2. Brush the fillets with this paste and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, cook the fillets for 4 to 5 minutes per side.

Tips
  • Serve with steamed broccoli or sautéed spinach.
