Instructions
  1. Clean the squid, brush with oil and salt.
  2. Grill on very hot plancha or grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side to maintain tenderness.
  3. Arrange on plates, drizzle with a mixture of tamari and chopped garlic and serve with lemon wedges.

Tips
  • Do not cook too long to avoid it becoming rubbery.
